The Needles x ASICS EX89 is a collaboration with Needles, a fashion brand from Japan. The upper is made of smooth white leather and a white mesh tongue. Details referencing Needles have been added, such as purple stitching and the embroidered butterfly on the heel. The Japanese fashion brand's name is also incorporated on the tongue tag. FF Blast technology is incorporated into the sole and heel, providing extra comfort. The midsole comes in a white colour and is supported by a rubber sole in black, purple and light grey.
