The Vans Old Skool
Originally released in 1977, the Vans Old Skool has become a symbol of skate culture and street style around the world. Designed to compliment the burgeoning skateboarding scene of Southern California during the 1970s, the Old Skool is Vans' first skateboard model. This shoe was originally released under the name 'Vans Style 36' and was designed to meet the needs of skaters. Canvas and leather uppers are complemented by padded collars and waffle rubber soles.
