Part of Mizuno’s Wave line, the Wave Inspire made its debut in 2006 and quickly became one of the brand’s best-selling models.

The shoe incorporates Mizuno’s signature Wave technology, which disperses ground impact evenly across the sole to reduce shock. Paired with the lightweight, shock-absorbing U4ic midsole, it delivers consistent comfort, even on hard road surfaces.

For added durability and traction, the outsole is crafted from X10 carbon rubber. The upper features the Dynamotion Fit system, designed to provide a secure fit while allowing natural foot movement.

A key reason for the Wave Inspire’s popularity is its ability to support runners who overpronate. By combining multiple technologies, it offers stability and cushioning while helping to reduce the risk of common injuries such as plantar fasciitis, shin splints, and knee or ankle pain.
