Introducing the ASICS Skyhand OG
The Skyhand OG originates from ASICS’ 1990s handball archives, initially released as a court shoe designed specifically for indoor handball. Its low-profile, slim-cut silhouette was crafted to maximise freedom of movement and agility on the court.
When ASICS reissued the model in 2024, they retained many of its original design elements (suede overlays, leather or synthetic leather panels, and gum rubber outsoles) while incorporating modern comfort features and updated materials. Enhancements include an EVA wedge in the heel for impact absorption and FlyteFoam in the forefoot for a lighter, more responsive stride.
