One of adidas’ most esteemed models to date, the Superstar is truly everything it claims to be. Since its inception in 1970, the sneaker has surpassed its basketball roots, cementing its place within a plethora of subcultures – from hip-hop and streetwear, to high-fashion and skating. Gaining traction around its debut for being the first basketball sneaker of its time to feature an entirely-leather upper, who would have known that the legacy of the shoe was only just beginning?!

The esteemed silhouette has even turned heads at the most recent Paris Fashion Week! Spotted everywhere from Wales Bonner‘s SS25 runway, to the feet Rapper A$AP Nast and boxer Younes Bendjima, it seems a Superstar renaissance is well and truly upon us.
