Hoodies and joggers aren't exactly new territory for adidas Originals. But with adiSignature, the brand has gone right back to basics and rebuilt its sweats from scratch, with Willy Chavarria on board as Creative Advisor.
It's the very first adiSignature collection, and it lands this Friday, 23 October.
A Closer Look at the adidas Originals adiSignature Collection…

The line-up covers pretty much every sweat you could want: hoodies, sweatpants, full-zips, crew necks, T-shirts, tanks and mock-neck quarter-zips. Every piece is cut from heavyweight 420g brushed back fleece, so this isn't flimsy loungewear.
According to adidas, each piece was re-built from the ground up. That means tweaks to the Three Stripes, the ribbing, waistband heights and even the zip pulls. Hoods are made in one piece, shoulders are dropped and the sweatpants get a roomier fit.
So, What's the Vibe?

Very much the '80s. Bold colour blocking, adidas and Trefoil branding and plenty of Three Stripes run right through the collection.
The key colourways are pink, blue, grey and off-white, but the campaign also shows off hits of red, purple and deep green. Fancy a matching set? The hoodies and sweatpants are designed to be worn together, and the Firebird and SST tracksuits are part of the mix too.
Wait, There's an NY Block Pack?

There is. A premium NY block pack digs out an archival jogging suit from the '80s and gives it the same heavyweight upgrade as the rest of the range. One for the archive fans.
Who Is Willy Chavarria?

If you've kept half an eye on menswear over the last few years, you'll know the name. Born in Huron, California, to a Mexican-American father and an Irish-American mother, Chavarria worked on Ralph Lauren's RLX line and later served as Senior Vice President of Design at Calvin Klein until 2024.
He launched his own label in 2015, which has become known for oversized silhouettes, Chicano influences and runway shows that double as political statements. The CFDA named him American Menswear Designer of the Year in both 2023 and 2024, and he made the Time 100 list in 2025.
His adidas story kicked off at his Spring/Summer 2025 show in September 2024, which included his own take on the adidas Jabbar, and more collaborative looks followed on the Paris runway in January 2025.
adiSignature is a slightly different beast, though. Rather than a straight collab under his name, Chavarria acts as Creative Advisor. He describes the line as a framework that he and adidas developed together, one that will evolve over years. So expect more chapters.
Behind the Campaign

The campaign was shot and directed by Brianna Capozzi, with styling by Georgia Pendlebury. The film follows a diverse cast chatting about memories, relationships and identity, with colour used to express happiness and unity.
