Continuing on the wave of sleek TN models throughout 2024, the Swoosh debuts their latest SS24 endeavour, the Air Max Plus Teal. 

As we know, this year is looking pretty strong for the TN. Not only have they already received impressive colourways like ‘Sesame’, but dynamic hybrid’s like the ‘Tiempo’ and ‘Hiker Boot’ too. And now, as we plummet into days of sunny skies and cold pints, the silhouette is gearing us up for a summer of ‘fits. 

A Closer Look at the Nike Air Max Plus Teal (FN6949-001) / Lilac Bloom (FN6949-100)…

Do you ever remember an unwritten rule of never mixing the colours blue and black? Well, Nike are proving this styling tip to be entirely incorrect, blissfully blending the deep hues within a gradient cage. Black and white works in conjunction throughout the exterior for a cutting-edge look, setting the tone with a shiny mudguard. Working atop a breathable white mesh base, the ‘Teal’ shade enters at the top of the upper’s caging, highlighting the tongue badge detailing, Air unit, heel and outer. 

Mostly following suit in a simple yet effective colour-blocking fashion, the ‘Lilac Bloom’ iteration boasts tonal purple hues across the upper. A crisp white midsole is replaced for a sail hue, giving these kicks a vintage-esque vibe.
