The Nike AIR JORDAN 12 RETRO BLACK finds the luxury basketball design given a carbon-styled dip.
The launch of the Jordan XII saw Jordan Brand pull away and establish itself as a true subsidiary label: you’ll have a hard job finding any Nike branding on this one, with the Jumpman logo taking all the spotlight. Michael Jordan wore the Air Jordan 12 during the 1996-97 season where the Chicago Bulls would win their fifth NBA Championship in the 1997 NBA Finals. The 12 was first retro’d way back in 2003, so we’re pleased to see the return of this modern classic back again for 2016. This new edition now takes design inspiration from MJ’s classic sweatsuits. Durable nylon forms the upper section, and comes coupled with premium leather overlays set in a traditional Air Jordan colour scheme.
The Nike AIR JORDAN 12 RETRO BLACK is due to release on SATURDAY 10 SEPTEMBER. Click the banner below to see the release page containing full stockist information ahead of the drop.
