UPDATE 08/10/24: Providing us with sophisticated heat on our feet for the rest of AW24, FENTY x PUMA link-up again for the Avanti VL Stitched Pack. 

Previously adopting hues of Metallic ‘Silver’ and ‘Black’ within the announcement of the partnership’s reunion back in September 2023; the Avanti VL is now ready for the next round of heat in a classy pairing. Initially spotted on the feet of none other than the global superstar (and Fenty founder) Rihanna back in July, we can finally stop daydreaming about when the day comes that we can get our hands on the vibrant red kicks. Landing alongside a sleek ‘Warm White’ offering set to brighten up our gloomy autumnal days, this Pack is nothing short of perfection. One thing about Fenty and PUMA – they go together real bad. 

A Closer Look at the FENTY x PUMA AVANTI VL …

‘Club Red’ (398352_03) & ‘Warm White’ (398672_02)

Boasting only the best construction of premium leathers, these chic colourways speak for themselves when it comes to delivering timeless style. Each shoe’s predominant hue dresses the upper and laces, highlighting gold embossed iconography within the lateral sidewall and folded tongue. 

Breaking up the striking ‘Club Red’ exterior, a creamy sidewall intersects the upper, coordinating with the midsole, inner lining and tongue. The ‘Warm White’ offering, however, champions the soft shade throughout the design, drawing our attention to the Gum sole and insole for a grounding edge. Intricate stitching ensures a solid retro essence throughout the Pack, giving you a slice of PUMA heritage all tied up in a stylish duo.

ORIGINAL ARTICLE 30/07/24: Rihanna and PUMA kicked off their collaboration back in 2014 when she was named the creative director for PUMA’s women’s line. Since then, the multi-hyphenate has had several successful projects with the sports label, including the PUMA Avanti that dropped in 2023. Fast-forward to July 2024, and she’s teasing a new colourway during the Manchester City vs. AC Milan match in New York City, perfectly co-ordinating with the second club’s colours.

A RiRi PUMA Avanti TL Exclusive…

PUMA first launched the Avanti in 2001, inspired by footie boots from the y2k era. It’s a mash-up of two of PUMA’s classic styles – the King football boot and the Easy Rider running shoe. Resulting in a sleek, vintage leather shoe with a slim sole, the kicks are ideal for leisurely activities, so no surprise that RiRi stepped correct!

We’ve already seen some laid-back colours like black and white, but now they’re stepping it up with a bright red version, bang on with the AC Milan kit. Bit of a shame for Jack Grealish, playing for City, but we’re sure he couldn’t help but get starstruck all over again by meeting her!

The next FENTY x PUMA Avanti Colourway is dropping at the END OF 2024. Unfortunately, we don’t have an exact release date just yet. While we wait for more details, check out the current FENTY x PUMA releases through the banner below!
