The Yeezy Boost 350 V2 is one of adidas' most popular models. The silhouette was originally inspired by Nike's then popular 'Roshe'. Kanye West saw this sneaker and wanted to replace it for his own sneaker. 
 
The adidas Yeezy Boost 350 V2 'Onyx' (HQ4540) was released at the same time as the 'Bone' colorway. The 'Onyx' has a monochromatic look. The upper is, as usual with the 350 V2, made of a primeknit material. In this sneaker it is completely black. The stripe that runs horizontally across the outside of the shoe is a shade of black. This provides a slight contrast. To complete the all-black look, the Boost sole is also black.
