One of the most sought-after sneaker collaborations of 2024 is the Travis Scott x Jordan collab, known as ‘Jumpman Jack’. Aside from an A* name, the sneaker boasts an entirely unique. The Utopia star himself has been spotted numerous times flexing the kicks and even made its debut in limited quantities during the 2024 GRAMMYs.

After much anticipation, official images of the Travis Scott x Jordan Jumpman Jack Trainer ‘Sail’ have finally surfaced. Anticipated to arrive in APRIL 2024 (we have our fingers and laces crossed), let’s have a closer look at what the hype is all about, with the official imagery.

A Closer Look at the Travis Scott x Jordan ‘Jumpman Jack’…

If there’s one thing we’ve come to expect from Scott and Jumpman’s collaborative endeavours, it’s distinctive flair. The sneaker flaunts tumbled ‘White’ leather overlays, working atop a ‘Black’ canva, providing a clean palette for dynamic design features like the branded strap and signature backwards Swoosh.

Each sidewall reflects a slightly different vision, only contributing to the overall character of the shoe. The lateral side reflects a dynamic translucent gum midsole/outer, whilst the medial expresses a predominantly white lower, as well as a correct-facing Swoosh. Additional touches include red co-branding within the tongue and heel, rounding off this eagerly-awaited drop.

In prime time for the release of his fourth studio album, Houston-born artist Travis Scott teases his most recent collaborative endeavour, better known as Travis Scott x Jordan Cut the Check. Following mass of hype at the initial glimpse of the silhouette (debuted at the premier of infamously star-studded series The Idol), fans have been eager to find out more about this never-before-seen sneaker. We are buzzing to give Travis fans and sneakerheads some good news – you’re in luck! After two long months we can indeed put a name to the face, giving you the Cut the Check model.

Travis Scott x Jordan ‘Cut The Check’

Despite Travis’ numerous collaborations with the likes of both Jumpman and Nike (see SB Dunk Lows, Air Force 1s and Air Jordan 1s), this partnership will mark the first solely original sneaker between the rapper and Jordan Brand. Of course, it wouldn’t be a Travis Scott shoe without his signature reverse Swoosh, and fans have also noticed visual elements inspired by the Air Jordan 5. As of right now, everyone and their nan seems to be scouring the internet for any sort of glimpse of the Travis Scott x Jordan Cut the Check. From attentively zooming into pixelated pictures, to pausing the new ‘K-POP’ music video at the right exact second to get a better look, it’s safe to say it’s not been an easy ride for those wanting to get their hands on the model.

The Cut the Check sneaker follows a low-top silhouette, presenting clean white overlays that seamlessly tie in with a Travis Scott x Jordan branded forefoot strap. The base flaunts a modest black hue beneath the white leather overlays, decorated with an olive-toned reverse Swoosh at the lateral. Although it isn’t crystal clear to decipher from the images at hand, it seems that the heel detailing hosts the Cactus Jacks face logo.
