After dropping a collaborative pastel-inspired two-pack of the 997 and 1978 earlier this month, Stance Socks and New Balance meet again this month for a hot take on the brand’s new running model, the FuelCore Sonic.

A futuristic and sleek silhouette, the model utilises the innovative Boa system, which includes a dial to adjust the fit for premium comfort and boosted performance. Taking a tongue in cheek spin on everyone’s favourite boastful abbreviation, “GOAT” (greatest of all time), the FuelCore Sonic’s uppers are decked out in a white and grey textured upper to mimic the animal’s fur. Backing up its claim, the shoe is finished with a white leather strap and lacing system paired with the blue Boa dial, which is completed by personalised graphics on the insoles and a classic gum outsole.

The shoe is also accompanied by a special edition sock from Stance, which mirrors the sleek collaborative model.
