The SNEAKERSNSTUFF PARIS store opened recently and sees the duo from Sweden continue their expansion across Europe.

Thursday 5 November marked another huge milestone for SNEAKERSNSTUFF, as they opened the doors to their fourth location: a new 2000 square feet store in Paris. SNEAKERSNSTUFF has been a landmark for trainer lovers in Sweden since 1999, and their store in Stockholm has gone on to become a genuine destination over the years. Last year, they made their first move out of Sweden by opening a store in London whose success has led to them continuing their European takeover and opening this latest store in the fashion capital of the world. The store is located in the Sentier area of Paris’ city centre, in an impressive building that used to be a bank. They have once again teamed up with the super-talented Jenny Askenfors from Bofink to design the interior, which is why it may look somewhat familiar to those who have visited the store in London. Taking inspiration from their surroundings in Paris, Jenny has added subtle details inspired by the George Pompidou Centre, Cubism, Yves Klein and more, which has been combined with Erik and Peter’s Swedish heritage, with details from Orrefors, the Swedish Bumling Lamp, Swedish M90 camouflage, the adjustable wrench (a Swedish invention) and much more.

Here is what Erik and Peter, co-founders of SNEAKERSNSTUFF had to say about their new store:

“We hope that we will be able to continue to build the sneaker culture in Paris, the same way we have done in Stockholm and London over the past years.” – Erik Fagerlind

“Yes, I might have to brush up my French now. But the sneaker language is universal, so it shouldn’t be a problem.” – Peter Jansson

“I don’t think we will steal business from anyone. The point of us opening is to elevate the marketplace and make it bigger and better. Not to replace something that already exists in Paris.” – Erik Fagerlind

“We looked for the right location in Paris for a while. But once we set foot in the old bank where we now have opened we knew right away that this was the new Sneakersnstuff Paris store.” – Peter Jansson

As you can see from some of the photos below, the SNEAKERSNSTUFF PARIS opening day was a roadblock event and we wish them the best for the future. If you aren’t lucky enough to live near one of their stores, you can check out their impressive stock range via the banner below.
