The PUMA x END. Clyde OG Celebrates 50 Years of an Icon

The PUMA X END. CLYDE OG marks half a century of Puma’s standout shoe. The history of the Clyde might not be as prevalent as the Stan Smith, but this is indeed a signature model too. Championed by famed New York Knicks point guard Walt Frazier, nicknamed “Clyde” after wearing the same wide-brimmed hat as Warren Beatty in the movie ‘Bonnie & Clyde’. As well as being considered one of the most significant point guards in NBA history, Frazier’s style also spoke volumes, so it was only fitting that PUMA gave him a shoe. Streamlined and just as cool fifty years later, its trademark gold ‘Clyde’ lettering fits Frazier’s vibe to a tee. For this milestone anniversary, END. deliver three shaggy suede editions in classic Pine Green, For All Time Red and Puma Navy with Frosted Ivory accents. Only 300 pairs of each colourway have been produced with each unique number stamped in gold foil on the back heel, along with ‘Clyde’ script in its usual spot.
