The NIKECRAFT GENERAL PURPOSE SHOE bucks the Mars Yard trend with something completely different from the New York-based contemporary artist. Celebrating a decade in partnership with Nike, the ‘General Purpose Shoe’ (GPS) is exactly what it sounds like: a simple mesh and nubuck construction that’ll get you from A to B. Similar in design to the Killshot, it’s finished with a classic gum outsole and discreetly scrawled Tom Sachs branding on the inner tongue label. The GPS launched a simple ‘Studio’ colourway inspired by Sach’s workplace uniform last year and now its expected in a tonal ‘Field Brown’ colourway, with official imagery now revealed. Find a pair of the original drop on the aftermarket here and stay tuned for the further colourways that are expected to follow.
The NIKECRAFT GENERAL PURPOSE SHOE FIELD BROWN is due to release on WEDNESDAY 7 FEBRUARY: follow the banner below to shop the latest from NIKE ahead of the drop.
