There had been a few rumbles about the forthcoming Skepta endorsed SHOX, and whilst no further information had been revealed up until now, we were bracing ourselves for something rather special – and we’re not disappointed with the resulting smart, technical running design. Now officially scheduled for release this month, the model (which we’ve seen tagged with the full title of Nike x Skepta SK SHOX TL ‘Bloody Chrome’) works a slick Black upper with its trademark rippled caging applied in a glossy finish. A bold Swoosh appears in contrasting White, with the SHOX’s mechanical system underfoot applied in a shocking Red tint. The Shox (or ‘SHOX’, as it’s titled for this release) system is being presented to a new generation of fans, most of whom may not remember the first wave all those years ago – and with names and personalities such as Skepta backing it, interest is only going to grow from here…
