The Nike BeTrue 2021 Collection Celebrates Radical Inclusivity & Diverse Representation

The NIKE BETRUE 2021 COLLECTION champions the idea of ‘radical inclusivity within sport, thanks to the diverse backgrounds, stories, and orientations of those who take part. For the 2021 ‘Be True’ collection, Nike has selected the Blazer ’77 Low, Air Max Pre Day, All Out Utility Slide, and Infinity React Run 2 as the key pieces in the range. Each of the designs expresses the value of ‘diverse representation’, with accents of vibrant colour with special Pride Flag graphic treatments. To round things off, each design comes equipped with 9 velcro patches to mark the flags of the LGBTQIA+ spectrum. Nike has joined with Gia Parr – a face of the Human Rights Campaign’s Youth Ambassador program – to share her experience transitioning from male-to-female in middle school three years ago.
