Nike Air Max Structure

The NIKE AIR MAX STRUCTURE launched way back in 1991 and was the trailblazer for Nike’s Structure series: a line of running shoes that offered stability to runners who overpronate. The Structure looked remarkably vibrant for its time, with an eye-catching ‘zig-zag’ application to the upper panels and layers, and Air cushioning that looked different on the medial and lateral sides of the midsole. The shoe returned for an understated retro release between 2008 and 2010, with the Air Hoop Structure releasing for the ballers in 2009. This fully-fledged return for 2021 hosts a number of palettes, including this Air Max BW-inspired colourway that shows the design off to its full potential.
