NIKE AIR MAX OG TAPE PACK 16.8.13

The past 18 months have seen some of the most innovative and exciting technologies applied to classic silhouettes. Whilst we’ve seen new models spring up all over the place, an equal share of the spotlight has gone to revitalising some of our old favourites. The NIKE AIR MAX OG TAPE PACK is no different, bringing back the AIR MAX 1, the AIR MAX 90, the AIR MAX 95 and AIR MAX 97 in an almost seamless construction, reminiscent of the Hyperfuse and Engineered Mesh shoes.

The lightweight nature of the no-sew Tape models doesn’t compromise when it comes to durability, giving the wearer the best of both worlds. The colour-blocking holds true to the original shoes, but we’re excited at the thought of possible new colourways and panel textures that could enhance the aesthetic of the incredibly thin Tape sections. We’ll be watching to see what else the Kitchen over in Portland cooks up with the Tape concept.

The first three models in the NIKE AIR MAX OG TAPE PACK – the AIR MAX 90, the AIR MAX 95 and the AIR MAX 97 – will drop this week, on FRIDAY 16.8.13 at 00.00hrs, 06:00hrs and 08:00hrs BST, dependent on the stockist, and as always you’ve got you linked through below.
