The Nike Air Max CB 94 Returns to the Courts

The NIKE AIR MAX CB 94 makes a return to the spotlight this season! It goes without saying that Nike Air has long been viewed as a premier cushioning system, utilised across countless series of shoes since the introduction of the first Air Max was released back in 1987. What was originally thought of as a running feature soon made its way across other departments, such as basketball, where it offered the same benefits on the courts as it did on the track. Legendary basketball player Charles Barkley made waves when his Air Max-enhanced signature series was released in 1994, inspiring a whole generation of basketball footwear designs – so it’s no surprise to find Nike unarchiving the model once again. The internal bootie holds the foot firm, whilst the cut-out overlays and elastic-enhanced eyestays allow movement and additional support. Last seen in 2020, it’s set to return soon in a fresh Triple Black colourway.
