NIKE AIR MAX 90 RED VELVET

2015 is a big year for the NIKE AIR MAX 90, as it’s celebrating its 25th anniversary. This latest version looks like it could be inspired by the much-loved tasty treat, RED VELVET cake.

Some aspects of the shoe should feel pretty familiar as the midsole, lace stays and logos on the heel, tongue and lateral side are finished in that ever so iconic colour… infrared. This is where the familiarity comes to an end, as the rest of the upper is finished in a RED VELVET material, with small hits of black on the swoosh and lining. Whether this colourway takes its inspiration from those cakes or not, it’s a pretty sweet looking shoe regardless!
