The Nike Air Foamposite Dream a World is Inspired by Roman Philosophy

The NIKE AIR FOAMPOSITE DREAM A WORLD brings the b-ball hardshell back with a duo of colourways inspired by Ancient Roman philosopher, Lucius Annaeus Seneca the Younger. First released in 1997, the Air Foamposite has become a cult favourite for many basketball fans, with its unique, futuristic contours and shape. Designed by Eric Avar, the Foamposite remains one of the most interesting models from the Nike basketball archives, slotting perfectly into the collectors’ category as well. We’ve seen plenty of strong colourways and collaborations grace this shoe over the years, but it’s still hard to beat when kept simple. For the model’s next release, we’re promised a duo adorned with quotes from Roman philosopher Seneca featuring a scuff-marked shell and quotes that read “Luck/Success Happens When Preparation Meets Opportunity,” “Insert Your Dreams Here” and “Dream A World” appearing throughout.
