The NEW BALANCE X ARIES UNBALANCED II collection continues the successful partnership between the two brands, this time with a new interpretation of the NB 327 in two colourways, alongside a set of matching apparel.

Aries is one of a few brands that sits comfortably across several different genres of fashion and design. With their unique blend of high-end womenswear and streetwear, Sofia Prantera and Fergus Purcell (AKA Fergadelic) have created a homegrown brand that has been extremely well received – and this latest collaboration project with New Balance just adds even more weight to the label’s reputation.

Made with a 100% leather upper, as well as reflective profiles and graphics, the NB 327 comes in both all-white and all-black editions, blending the technology of a modern shoe with smart ’90s casuals/terrace styling. The matching apparel collection includes a full tracksuit in silver nylon, which features eye-catching reflective profiles, alongside t-shirts and socks which utilise the Unbalanced graphic identity. A short film by David Sims – ‘A Shoe Launch in Essex’, which can be seen below – accompanies the release, adding a perfect finishing touch to another strong and memorable collaboration project between the two brands.
