New Balance 580 Re-Engineered Textile – A First Look

The NEW BALANCE 580 RE-ENGINEERED TEXTILE continues the run of restructured 580s, utilising a smart fading textile execution on the uppers.

This successful update to the classic 580 employs a stylish fade across the one-piece Jacquard upper which maximises ventilation and reduces weight, without compromising on durability. These first two colourways – Black/White and Grey/Indigo – introduce this new execution with style. The 580 Re-Engineered is sat on top of an updated REVlite foam midsole, guaranteeing a comfortable journey to compliment the fully redesigned upper. We’re big fans of the 580 and these clever updates to the original design really show off the timeless qualities of the distinctive shape. 2016 marks the 20th anniversary of the 580 and we’re impressed that it still looks as fresh as it ever did.
