Kai Cenat and Nike Unveil the Pixelated Air Max 1 ‘Low Poly’

Nike’s joined forces with popular streamer Kai Cenat to unveil a unique twist on the classic Air Max 1, named the ‘Low Poly’. This collaboration is part of Nike’s .SWOOSH initiative, which merges the worlds of sneaker culture and digital design.

Set for a preorder on 8TH OCTOBER 2024, this Air Max 1 has got a proper retro feel thanks to its classic colour scheme of ‘White’, ‘University Red’, and ‘Neutral Grey’. But what makes it really stand out is its pixelated, 3D-inspired look, channelling those retro gaming vibes.

Drawing inspiration from from low-poly 3D modelling, the kicks exude a bold, outgoing aesthetic that’s both nostalgic yet contemporary. You know how some old-school games look? Well, this shoe is like wearing a piece of that digital history!

Cenat, known for his love of kicks, gives us a sneak peek in an unboxing video, showing off some cool details like a ridged edge on the mudguard and a gradient mesh that mirrors the in-game model.
