Filling Pieces AW15 Drop 1 – Available Now

The FILLING PIECES AW15 DROP 1 continues the run of great releases that blend luxury and casual aesthetics perfectly.

The collection includes a host of the brand’s existing silhouettes, including the Mountain Cut, Low Top, Mid Top, Low Top Transformed, Runner and High Top Transformed, as well as introducing the new Low Ultra. The collection can be broken down into various packs:

TRIANGLE WHITE: This is comprised of three different silhouettes, all of which sport premium full-grain triangle padded and stitched leather on the base. Overlays are created in a combination of matching white top grain leather on the upper and premium grey nubuck at the heel. All three sit on white ripple soles.

SILVA WHITE: Again, this sees three silhouettes sport white woven Italian fabric, with a 3M underlay and tonal white premium top grain leather overlays. All of them sit on a contrasting off-white ripple sole.

STRIPED WHITE: This is restricted to two models with laser-cut white Aniline leather on the base, with tonal white leather on the toe wrap, lace stay, ankle collar and heel. Underneath is a contrasting light grey ripple sole.

ICE PERFORATED GREY: This set sees four silhouettes don white Aniline leather on the forefoot, grey tanned nubuck at the heel and white perforated leather inbetween. Stark contrast is provided by black ripple soles.

AVATAR BLACK: This is comprised of two models sporting black padded Aniline leather across the upper with matching nubuck on the heel. White ripples sole keep things clean and add some strong contrast down below.

SILVA BLACK: This set follows a similar recipe to the Silva White pack, but switches it up with a monotone black style. Again, woven Italian fabric is utilised on the base with a 3M underlay, whilst the tonal overlays are executed in nubuck. Down below, the black midsoles feature small amounts of white speckling, just to add that little bit of extra contrast and detail.

IMEP NAVY: This group includes a trio of silhouettes made from a Navy Cosido stretch woven Italian fabric, with tonal waxed nubuck overlays. Light Grey ripple soles add a nice bit of contrast and are a little different from the more common choice of white.

IMPALA BLACK: This sees the Low Top sport a black camo embossed ‘Impala’ leather, with tonal top grain nubuck overlays, sat on top of a traditional white ripple sole.

FURBY BLUE: Light blue tanned Italian laser-cut leather covers the upper of two models, resting on top of contrasting white ripple soles.

DEEP BLUE GRAIN: This is another blue pack, but this time the Deep Blue Texas grain leather uppers, tanned in RAF blue colorway, are combined with a contrasting leather lining and white ripple sole.

GREENWAY LEATHER: This continues the colourful packs with two silhouettes sporting full-grain leather uppers, tanned in a forest green colorway. Again, traditional white ripples soles round things off underneath.

RED HORSCHE LEATHER: This is another monotone-coloured pack, but this time the uppers are comprised of a deep red/brown tanned Texas grain leather with a waxed finishing. Like the rest of these colourful creations, they sit on white ripple soles.

MESSEY: This pack takes on a more unusual look for the brand, with white aniline leather uppers contrasted by coloured nubuck panels on the ankle collar and heel in a choice of burgundy, navy and grey. Large perforations on the body add a little detail, whilst ripple soles that are colour-matched to the uppers round off the striking look.

DEEP PERFORATION: These follow a very similar recipe to the Messey pack, but with a more muted look in shades of grey or black and grey.

RAINBOW: This pack rounds off the collection with a quartet of the Low Top all sporting nubuck uppers in pastel colourways – Frozen, Poetry, Iron or Sky. All four pairs sit on creamy off-white ripple soles for a really clean and summery vibe.
