eBay x Morleys OG Drops: Event Recap

This June, the ongoing EBAY X MORLEYS OG DROP has been offering insanely hyped trainers for a fraction of their usual eye-watering resell prices. Alongside this £1 raffle was an in-store event with a difference last Thursday, where a lucky few were invited to grab a drink at Morley’s on Brick Lane and enjoy the shop’s famous food. The evening also featured a DJ set from Donnie Sunshine and an exclusive chat hosted by Julie Adenuga. This was then followed by a further event on Saturday where an even luckier 50 people paid RRP prices from when the original release date of the model in question, for example, a ​​Travis Scott AJ1 with an average resell of £1800  for the model’s original RRP in 1985. Yep… £51.
