Crepe City Returns to Manchester in April 2024

Returning once again to showcase all things sneakers and culture, Crepe City are making their annual return to Manchester this April 2024. With this being the fifth time that the event has made its mark in the 0161, you can be sure to engage in an immersive experience that won’t leave you disappointed. Displaying everything from exclusive footwear picks and rated resellers, to sick live performances, there’s something for every sneaker connoisseur to enjoy. 2009 to Now | The Come-Up…

Just like a lot of major success stories, a humble beginning is an integral part of the process. This was certainly the case for Ronal Raichura, founder of Crepe City. Picture it – it’s 2009, and you’re buzzing to head to a cult sneaker event in a basement in Notting Hill. Who would have thought that 15 years later, what once began as a low-scale community event would grow into a national success?! Hosting in Manchester, Newcastle, Birmingham and Glasgow (as well as its hometown of London), it’s safe to say that Crepe City has cracked it – even branching out to places like Berlin, Amsterdam and Paris. You already know we had to make an appearance at last year’s LDN event…!

What To Expect @ Crepe City Manchester 2024…

In honour of 15 years of Crepe City, the upcoming Manchester date is set to be one of the events biggest thus far (and that’s saying something!). As well as plenty of footwear to be acquired, get excited for a live stage from HABITAT – hosting MCR’s very own artists like AK Gramm, Tone Rarri and Black Josh. Additionally, If you’re after a little memorabilia, there’ll be collaborative GRAMM tee’s on offer that you can only cop at the event.

With the drinks on flow courtesy of Red Stripe and Strongbow (free with 11AM entry tickets… just saying), attendees are in for a day of good vibes on tap. Helping your kicks stay box fresh, Crep Protect will be offering pristine cleaning services, as well giving you the opportunity to take home some new heat via key master machine. As well as this, ShoeStack will also be giving away some steals with a mystery bag activation, so we hope you’re feeling lucky! We’re sure that there’ll be lots of photo opportunities throughout the event, and if you don’t have time for a trim, don’t stress. Yep, Slick Gorilla’s barbershop will be open for business, so no excuses.
