Atmos x Puma Disc Blaze Night Jungle – Release Info

Atmos and PUMA have teamed up again, this time to deliver the ATMOS x PUMA DISC BLAZE NIGHT JUNGLE, which will drop on 22nd October.

As the name suggests, the Night Jungle version of the distinctive Disc Blaze silhouette features a camo print on the suede toe, with flashes of a bright, emerald-like green from the PUMA stripe, and branding on the tongue, heel and side. All of which is contrasted by a black lace-less cage construction and a split black and white outsole.

The Japanese retailer has partnered with PUMA in the past to deliver other dark ‘n’ moody and cosmically-themed variations of the Disc Blaze silhouette, namely the ATMOS X PUMA DISC ‘BLAZE VENUS’ and the PUMA X ATMOS DISC BLAZE ‘THE SUN & THE MOON’, which we reported on in 2015. This year, though, they’re bringing things back down to earth, taking inspiration from the dark nights of the jungle for this dusky, earthy colourway.

PUMA introduced the Disc Blaze 25 years ago but had to cease production due to all sorts of corporate shenanigans, but revived the unique silhouette in 2012, much to our pleasure as the collabs since then have been on point.
