Dropping This Week: the ASICS x Kiko Kostadinov Gel-Aurania

The ASICS X KIKO KOSTADINOV GEL-AURANIA continues the special collaboration series between the Bulgarian fashion designer and the Japanese footwear masters.

Kiko Kostadinov’s success seems to know no bounds, with back-to-back triumphs on every project he touches. The Bulgarian-born London-based designer heads up his own eponymous label, alongside acting as creative director on Mackintosh’s premium line, Mackintosh 0001. Following a strong run of sell-out collaborations, ASICS and Kiko Kostadinov proudly present the women’s GEL-Aurania, which fuses the upper of the Skysensor Slash JJ with the tooling of the GEL-Quantum Infinity Jin. Utilising a lacing system that wraps around the mesh and leather upper, the GEL sole unit features an exaggerated heel as an extra eye-catching detail. Two different colourways ensure that the shoe caters to a wide range of clued-up ‘heads.
