ASICS Tiger Gel Lyte III Chinese New Year – A First Look

The ASICS TIGER GEL LYTE III CHINESE NEW YEAR may not officially be celebrating the event, but the colours are definitely right.

The upper is dominated by red, a colour with close ties to the CHINESE NEW YEAR, with just small amounts of gold providing some contrast on the upper, whilst the lining breaks things up in black. Down below is a white midsole, with gold speckling and a red outsole tying in perfectly with the upper. As we said above these have not been confirmed as a homage to CHINESE NEW YEAR, but whether they are or not, doesn’t change the fact that they look great.
