ALIFE x Footpatrol Capsule Collection – Available Now

The ALIFE X FOOTPATROL CAPSULE COLLECTION sees the two like-minded brands come together for a selection of apparel and accessories.

This collaboration started with a meeting of two neighbourhoods from either side of the pond that share the same frame of mind. FOOTPATROL have their roots firmly embedded on the streets of Soho, London and with ALIFE being (nearly) in Soho, NYC, the link between the two was clearly there, so it is not surprising that a friendship was born…

Last year, FOOTPATROL co-hosted with ALIFE for the New York brand’s first international ALIFE Sessions yard party, which included OG Wu-Tang member Raekwon on the line-up. The event caused a serious roadblock and the response was a positive one, which then in turn lead to their first collaboration together.

The collection consists of eight pieces of apparel and three accessories, each of which are influenced by their surroundings such as the grimy alleys and streets of London and New York. Key pieces of the collection pick up on their mutually similar surroundings like the ‘Alley’ Tee – which features the back streets of Soho, London and the streets where both FOOTPATROL and ALIFE are located. The ‘Battle Cry’ t-shirt is a nod to the history of the word ‘Soho’, whilst the ‘Grime Lords’ Jacket – based on a mechanics jacket – is made up of a cotton outer shell and soft quilted lining with an inside pocket on the left. There are dual-brand logos embroidered on the left breast, in white on the back and as a discreet little touch, the words ‘Grime Lords’ sit embroidered across the collar in black. The apparel will be accompanied by accessories that include a mug and light, which match the clothing perfectly. This is a great-looking collection that we reckon will go down really well with everyone.
