Whilst we may have just seen a re-release of the ZX ‘000 series from the ‘90s, it’s time to drop a zero and head back a decade as size? unleash an exclusive drop of the ZX 500. A real retro treat, it first hit shelves in 1984 and singlehandedly kickstarted the ZX ‘00 series, paving way for a new chapter in running innovation for adidas. Returning in its original nylon mesh and suede construction, all the classic elements such as ghilly loop lacing, padded foam tongue, EVA dual-density midsole, and supportive heel collar are retained. Offered up in a throwback-inspired maroon and yellow colourway, there’s no need to question whether this one has a spot in the collection…
