The ADIDAS ORIGINALS SEEULATER OG is making a reappearance later this month with every detail of the ’90s trail silhouette faithfully reproduced, making it an ideal acquisition for those detail-obsessed aficionados of ’90s design.
The nubuck and mesh fabric construction is there, as are two retro colourways to choose from – a Bold Pink/Clear Onix/Core black and a Tech Steel F16/Clear Brown/Core Black (or in layperson’s terms, a sort of magenta option and a blue option). Befitting a robust city/trail sneaker-boot hybrid, the SEEULATER comes equipped with a heavily treaded outer sole, an elasticated ankle, a cork insole that absorbs and releases moisture, and a robust lacing system common to hiking shoes. A cult shoe in Japan back in the day, we just saw the Japanese retailer mita drop a collab over the weekend, and prior to that, we saw a white Primeknit version – all after a lengthy absence for the distinctive silhouette.
Anyone looking for a robust pair of sneakers that is ideally suited to take on a variety of terrains and weather patterns, as well as rock that old school early ‘90s look, needn’t look much further than this welcome reissue.
The ADIDAS ORIGINALS SEEULATER OG will be available on FRIDAY 21 OCTOBER: keep checking back for the latest updates. In the meantime, check out the latest releases from ADIDAS ORIGINALS by clicking on the banner below…
