Driving forward in their collaborative relationship, A$AP Rocky and PUMA launch their latest creative venture, showcasing two Inhale Distressed colourways, a progressive 3D-printed Mostro and a line of edgy apparel. Captured through a stunning campaign across both models, this gritty collection harks from German-based brand’s archives to deliver a fashion-forward masterpiece.

Starting off strong with the PUMA Inhale Distressed, the archival silhouette pays homage to its rough ‘n’ ready roots. Drawing inspiration from car mechanics who are more often than not covered in the dirt and grease of their craft, both colourways endure a rugged refashioning that takes ‘distressed’ to new heights. Utilising tonal shading to implement a dirty oil-stain effect, the silhouette flaunts a worn leather Formstrip on the sidewalls, contributing to the overall rugged effect. Although it might seem like these kicks are on their last legs, CMEVA foam midsoles are raring and ready to ensure a lifetime of comfort. 

Looking to the 3D-printed sector of the Harlem-born artist’s PUMA offering, the Mostro 3.D receives a technological update like never before. Pushing the conventions of footwear through using a resin-based 3D printing process, the Mostro’s avant-garde essence has never been more unapologetic. Boasting a bright red to black gradient across a perforated exterior, the shoe flaunts its signature spikey flair, cementing this release as one of the most experimental collaborations we’ve seen from the brand this year.
