The collaborations between Aimé Leon Dore and New Balance have sold out in no time. Due to this success, New Balance appointed Teddy Santis as Creative Director of the Made In USA & UK lines. The first collection under Santis' management released in 2022.
 
There are a lot of different models in the collection. However, the models all have the same colours on the upper. The 990v2 is made of mesh in a beige colour. Over the mesh are several suede overlays. The overlays on the toebox are dark grey, but over the rest of the shoe they are light grey. The heeltab and heelcap are in a beige colour.
