Rapper Jae Tips, who is originally from the Bronx, got his start in the entertainment world with hip-hop music and has always wanted to launch his own shoe brand. After years of hard work cultivating a fan base, he collaborated with Saucony Originals to produce the Grid Shadow 2 collection "What's the Occasion?" to cap up 2023 on a high note.

The two-pack comes in two colors: pink-accented "Wear to the Party" and blue-based "Wear to a Date." The names only reflect the creator's advice for where and when to buy each sneaker.

The "Wear to a Date" edition features a light pink and green midsole with a blue and green top that reads "forever" in red at the toe. Both sneakers include great suede on the upper as well as contrasting tones ranging from modest to extremely brilliant between the sneaker's panels and his characteristic marking.
