The sneaker's design features LeBron's hallmark emblems and branding from the early 2000s, lending it a retro air. The distinctive style of the sneaker is provided by the all-black molded Foamposite upper and the identifiable sole unit.

The inside tongue label also carries LeBron's eldest son's birthdate, and the outsole has Anthracite and Varsity Crimson accents before closing with a classic high-flying slam only the King can send down.
