The Nike Zoom KD 3 'Aunt Pearl' is an extension of the Nike KD 3 "Aunt Pearl" collection. The shoe consists of Flywire, leather and mesh in different shades of pink. The laces and inner lining come in a darker shade of pink. The heel features a tribute to Aunt Pearl and basketball coach Kay Yow, who battled cancer. Previous 'Aunt Pearl' models have supported the Kay Yow Cancer Fund with the proceeds. Of these, the logo has been brought back on the tongue of the left shoe. The Nike Zoom KD 3 has a white midsole, which is rounded off with a semi-transparent outsole. Moreover, it comes in a special packaging.
