Drake has released other compelling footwear designs under his NOCTA sub-label, including the Hot Step and the Air Force 1 CLB. A key inspiration for the NOCTA x Nike Glide is the Zoom Flight 95 from an early era of basketball shoes. 

The shoe incorporates materials such as carbon fiber and features a distinctive "bug-eyed" sole and a full ‘Black” colourway.
