Nike has improved its production processes and corporate culture through the 'Move To Zero' initiative, and one aspect of this is the release of environmentally friendly and sustainable footwear. The 'Next Nature' series has a Swoosh wheel emblem on the tongue and/or inside lining and is composed of at least 20% recycled material by weight.
Despite the use of modern materials, Next Nature essentially resembles the original, notably in form. The distinctive feature of the Nike Grind, the speckle on the outsole, makes a difference. Although this modification is quite slight, the leather on the upper has also been changed to synthetic leather. The classic shoe has a pure white colorway with a black Swoosh for a timeless appearance.
