For his first signature shoe, Oklahoma City Thunder guard Shai Gilgeous-Alexander shared several hand-drawn sketches with Converse's design teams. On the Converse SHAI 001 Lace Up 'Sun Ray', bright orange covers the outer panels of the upper, while white trim edges the collar and the lace unit. As the name suggests, this version swaps the original SHAI 001's zippered tongue shroud for laces, so it looks and wears more like a conventional sneaker. At the heel sits Converse's standard Star logo.
