The Concepts X Nike Air Max 1 'Mellow' was part of the three-piece pack that the pair released in early 2022. This pack also consisted of the 'Heavy' and the 'Far Out' colorways.

The lively hippie movements of the 60s were the inspiration behind the design of these sneakers. The ‘Mellow’ meshes a wide variety of prints together on the upper panels including a cow-patterned faux fur, acid-washed denim, and bandana and tribal prints on the rear. The mudguard gives the colorway its namesake, mellowing out the overall vibe with a calm olive-green colour, while the lightly speckled sole also tones down the clash of prints.
