Nike has reworked the Air Max 1 more often with streetwear and sneaker boutique atmos Japan. Together, they loved using animal prints on the upper of the classic silhouette. In 2007, they released the AM1 'Elephant'. Ten years later, in 2017, they brought back this beloved colorway. 
 
The 'Elephant' element can be seen on the mudguard and on the collar. Here you can see a distinct elephant print in grey with black accents. The toebox is in white, just like the midsole, and the rest of the sneaker is in black. The Swoosh and the rest of the branding is in a striking turquoise colour.
