It appears that Jordan Brand is bringing back the Air Jordan 9 Powder Blue in 2024 after its last retro release in 2010. The sneakers were first introduced in 1994 and pay tribute to Michael Jordan's college playing days at the University of North Carolina. 

The 2024 retro pair features a White, Black, and Dark Powder Blue colour scheme that stays true to the original release. The White leather upper is complemented by Powder Blue accents on the midsole, tongue branding, and heel, while Black detailing appears on the tongue, eyelets, liner, Jumpman logo on the midsole, and heel pull tabs. 

Unlike the 2010 pair, the 2024 release will not feature the #23 embroidered on the heels as a nod to the OG 1994 release. The sneakers are completed with a White rubber sole.
