Air Jordan 5 'UNC' takes all of us back to the 90's with a touch of nostalgia for the times spent in college. The model's main colour was inspired by the University of North Carolina's trademark blue, the college Michael Jordan followed before his debut with Chicago Bulls in 1984. 

The leather top in 'University Blue' is interrupted by a hairy construction that functions as a breathable netting. The silver tongue is a detail taken from the first Air Jordan released in the 90's giving the model an authentic touch. Shark-tooth details on the midsole of the shoe combined with patches of blue-toned translucent rubber and the visible Air-sole unit give a touch of modernism to the overall style. The cushion-like inner-lining further personalises the sneaker with the sticking of upside-down tags stating "HEART" (right) and "SOUL" (left).
