The Air Jordan 1 Mid has long stood in the shadow of the AJ1 Low and the High. In 2020, the Mid began to gain popularity in Europe and even accounted for over 60% of all AJ1s sold that year. 
 
The upper of the Air Jordan 1 Mid WMNS Mid SE 'Orange Black' (DM3381-600) is made entirely of leather. The overlays, the Swoosh and the collar are all bright orange in colour. The nose and tongue are also orange, only a lighter shade. The middle panel is black, just like the Jumpman on the tongue label and the imprint on the flaps. As a finishing touch, the sneaker has a fresh white midsole with an orange outsole that matches the upper.
