Kicking off this week’s Top Drops with a significantly sought-after shoe, it’s the Trophy Room x Air Jordan 1 Low OG. Unlike most other hyped Jordan 1’s, this offering takes a personal stance, created in partnership with none other than Michael Jordan’s son, Marcus. Named after Marcus’ Trophy Room store based in Florida, the silhouette pays homage to the goat’s 1986 Fleer Basketball rookie card and a 1984 Sports Illustrated photo, showcasing two colourways of ‘Home’ and ‘Away’. Flaunting a premium construction throughout, these kicks aren’t just your average Jordan, but a piece of basketball legacy.

Now, if you’re a certified old school sneaker connoisseur, there’s a very good chance that you’ll know of Nike’s Dunk Low Retro ‘Plum’. Making an exclusive debut allllllll the way back in 2001, the shoe was created specifically for Japan and sold only in specific stores around the country. adidas Samba OG ‘Black’ Rasta | IH3119

Next up, it’s the adidas Samba OG ‘Black’ Rasta. Reminding us once again of the strong relationship between the Three-Stripes and Jamaican subculture, the German label is dropping an exclusive ‘Rasta Pack’, including two Sambas. Following the success of the biographical drama Bob Marley: One Love the shoe release comes at a perfect time, paying homage to one of the legendary artists favourite sportswear brands. Donning a simple exterior that features signature rasta hues throughout, we reckon this Samba will be making big waves within the streetwear scene and beyond.
