Daniëlle Cathari and PUMA Rework the Speedcat and Suede Again

Daniëlle Cathari is back with PUMA for round two. Her first collaboration with the brand landed back in February, and she's returning to rework the same two icons, the Speedcat and the Suede, with an even quieter hand this time.

Where her first drop leaned into texture and colour, this one is about restraint. PUMA's performance heritage meets Cathari's understated take on sportswear, and the result is two familiar shapes carrying a handful of very deliberate changes.

A Closer Look at the Speedcat and Suede...

The Speedcat comes in smooth burgundy leather with a modernised, laceless build pulled from a design in the PUMA archive. It's a sculptural, low-profile take on the motorsport icon, stripped right back apart from one detail: debossed shapes on the heel that read as a pair of peering spider eyes. That's Cathari's signature logo, hidden in plain sight.

The Suede takes the opposite route, arriving in a soft blue premium suede with a classic gum sole. Cathari twists the Formstrip so it wraps around the shoe rather than sitting flat, and adds a tonal CATHARI wordmark embossed on the tongue. Nothing shouts here, everything is considered.

The Campaign

The rollout keeps things just as quiet: clean studio portraiture paired with styled looks, where the two pairs get worked in alongside plenty of other wardrobe staples rather than treated as the whole outfit.

When Does It Drop?

PUMA x Daniëlle Cathari lands on 26 September 2026 at selected PUMA stockists. Pricing hasn't been confirmed yet. We'll add it here as soon as PUMA shares it.
