Taking on the models Wave Rider Beta, Wave Mujin TL and Wave Prophecy CS, we have an up close look at each pioneering iterations, depicted through flawless visuals that transport us right to the scenic countryside. The Nomad Pack features Mizuno’s most progressive silhouettes thus far, expressing a cohesive palette of neutral, earthy tones. The contrast of distressed suede and woven mesh keeps things refreshingly contemporary, paired with marbled outsoles. If sophisticated style and high performance technology is up your street (or should we say track), keep on reading to explore the adventure.
Kicking things off with the Wave Rider Beta – the 2023 silhouette is the love child of performance tech and trail-based style. The sneaker utilises a key design element from the Wave Rider 27; a durable sole unit adorned with elevated running tech. Paying homage to the Wave Rider models that came before it, the upper boasts a layered exterior. Portraying seamless style and advanced functionality, this sneaker is the perfect addition to any venture, whatever the weather.
The Wave Mujin TL, named with designer Tuan Lee in mind, arrives as the Mujin TL’s sixth instalment. Like each sneaker from the Japanese-based giant, construction often references previously realised Mizuno design elements. The result? A progressive iteration that isn’t confined to boundaries. The Wave Mujin TL combines historic sketches with a Michelin outsole, provoking a shoe that is both functional and sophisticated.
Shaped around the Yoshitaka Takahashi Wave Prophecy 8, The Wave Prophecy LS arrives dripping in futuristic flair. When blending a streamlined aesthetic with a full-length midsole and AIRmesh breathability, the model of trailblazing dreams comes alive. Maintaining the theme of neutral shading throughout the Nomad Pack, this iteration expresses a dynamic persona.
